At Organic Chakki, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality grains, flours, pulses, and food products. Due to the perishable nature of many food items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure product safety and customer satisfaction.

1. Returns

As our products are food-grade consumables, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following situations:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Product received in a torn, leaking, or compromised package
  • Missing items from the order

To be eligible for a return or replacement request, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund, as applicable

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened food products
  • Used or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Orders reported after the specified claim period
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events unless received damaged

4. Refunds

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Typically, approved refunds are credited within 5–10 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with payment details.

Verified failed or duplicate transactions will be refunded as per the payment gateway and banking timelines.
